Unknown Network Usage (spare parts)?

Ever since switching to 2.9.1 and now on 2.9.2 - it seems like my Network is constantly running. Every time I look up I'm seeing the little Arrows lighting up telling me something is transmitting. I checked Spare Parts and did Network Usage since last unplug. It shows one bar labeled "O" or "0" (can't tell) and it's pegged out. Anyone know what this is - and why it's so high?

P.S. It's higher than words with friends also way up there. I'm feeling words with friends is a battery hog - can anyone testify?

P.P.S - What's the difference in the blue/red color of the bars in that graph?

Ok - I exercised as much patience as I could, so I'll bump to the top and hope for the best before writing this question off. Any takers?

I have that as well. Mine is not pegged, but is second behind Pulse. The pegging appears to just refer to using the "most".

I had the same question. Everytime I select the bar with "0" to get more detail it locks up my phone.

Mine does not lock, I get an error and booted from the screen.
