Appbrain won't restore apps?

I flashed the EC01 ROM, and downloaded Appbrain. I signed in, hit sync, and none of my apps show up. So I logged in on my PC, and I have 2 Apps On The Samsung Fascinate lists. One is all my apps, the other is the stock apps on the stock ROM. How do I convince it to sync my apps, and not just the stock ones?

I had this happen once before, right after I rooted, but it has been several months ago, and I don't remember how I fixed it.

I use My Backup Pro for this. Much easier. Sorry I can't help you with AppBrain.

I figured it out. I had to move all my apps from my old list to the new one, then it synced fine. It still took forever. I need to get rid of some apps.
