Thats a great suggestion and thanks! Makes sense to have a set up that you know will work with your phone to be your boot set up just in case. That allows you to tweak knowing that if you have to reboot, you'll be ok.

You're welcome, just trying to help! I just happened to luck out with my first settings, I was using the comavolt before, I thought I read somewhere that was -100, so I tried that for the big ones, and stepped it up a little for the lower ones and it works great, now I'm going to see if I can be a little more aggressive!

Just FYI, I think Comavolt was actually -75mv. That's great you are able to run -100.

Yeah me too, was trying to establish those settings, thinking coma was 100, but I mixed it up with the imnuts that I never tried, I just lucked out haha, battery life has been pretty good with these settings, gonna see if I can squeeze out a little more though. ;)

Hey whatever works. If you ain't cheatin' you ain't tryin'. Got to squeeze every little bit we can the way these smart phones eat up the battery

I'm 125 on lower three, I'm gonna try experimenting tomorrow, will post results as I get them.

When you get a voltage profile that works well please post all the information you can: Scheduler, Clock Limit, checked states, and what undervolting is set on each clock state..

This is so others can at least attempt to duplicate.

Thanks,
J

Will do Jae! I have a good starting base that is working great for me now, all info is posted on first page of this thread I believe, just going to see if I can go even deeper!

I don't bother running 100, 600 or 900. I can't run them at a much lower voltage than 200, 800 and 1000 so I don't see the point.

I run 4 steps - 200, 400, 800, 1000 - pretty close to standard voltage. My phone runs smoother that way. I can run -200mv at 100mhz, and big UV's everywhere else and I'm "stable" as in I don't get a freeze, but it didn't run as well. Beautiful widgets animation doesn't pop out as smooth, app drawer fly-in will skip sometimes, angry birds will lag in flight here and there. To me the modest increase in battery life isn't worth it. I have a spare and the display is by far the biggest draw anyway, not the processor.

As far as overclock, IMO by the time it starts to make a significant difference (my eyes are the benchmark, not Quadrant or Linpack), it starts to get unstable.

When I first installed the ComRom, I had pretty good battery life for about a day. The following day, I discovered the Voltage settings (and this thread) and began to experiment. My settings are:

Scheduler: sio
1000MHz: 1275 -50 = 1200MHz
900MHz: 1275 -50 = 1200MHz
800MHz: 1200 -50 = 1150MHz
600MHz: 1175 -75 = 1100MHz
400MHz: 1050 -75 = 975MHz
200MHz: 950 -100 = 850MHz
100MHz: 950 -100 = 850MHz

My Battery has been decreasing at around a percentage point every 5 mins or so, yet it shows be using only 2mA during idle. Should I wipe my battery stats and re-calibrate the battery?

Correct when you find the settings you want to settle with its ideal to wipe battery stats afterwards.
