Geotagging Wrong

I've searched forums and google but haven't gotten an answer that tells me what is going on. I took pics from my cell, copied to computer. I just reset phone after the ED05 update and reset the SD card also. Now when I transfer my pics back to my phone, the geotags don't show NYC but some town in Columbia! I have no clue what I did wrong but it's driving me nuts. any ideas?

Did you do the *228 activation?

well *228 didn't fix it. anyone else have anything I can try?

edit: well that didn't work, neither did battery pull. Used Picasa to just remove the tags. Thanks anyway wgilles

In your camera settings click on the tools tab and make sure GPS is checked. I had a couple weeks where my pictures were all being tagged in Ecuador. All better now though.
