Re: Verizon Samsung Fascinate Missing?
I think the larger issue is the software update that effectively made a bunch of Fascinates unusable (mine included). Verizon is having to eat the cost of replacing these phones (I would argue it is software related so Samsung shares blame) so why not take it down.
As for the Galaxy S2 I was all over that bad boy, until my experience with the Fascinate and the Charge that I'll detail in another post
.

Re: Verizon Samsung Fascinate Missing?
When I was in the verizon store getting my droid charge ordered I was chatting with the employee and she said they weren't selling them anymore because of the problems they had. Not sure exactly when they stopped selling them in my store though.

Re: Verizon Samsung Fascinate Missing?
My phone runs fine. Never noticed missed calls except when reception was nonexistent. It does make you wonder if it was a hardware issue from different batches or factories. Samsung Galaxy S 2 is going to be a BEAST. Hope Verizon opts for the haptic buttons again to keep it thin.
