Figured I'd report some comparisons with my DINC. Running FCC test and results are not that great for the Fascinate. Wondering if its the JIT on 2.2 that is making the difference:

DINC: 10.0 DL, 2.1 UL, .38 Latency
FASC: 5.5 DL, 2.0 UL, .93 Latency

Ive run each twice and these are the average results. The DINC was more consistent, The FASC was 5 mbs one time and then 6 mbs the second time.

Update:
Went to the next room farther away from the router. The results on the FASC went way up??! Really bizarre.:

Here are the numbers ran it three times:
FASC: 8.23, 4.63, 13.13 - UL 2.0 DL all 3x Latency dropped to 43, then 32, then to 20!
DINC: 4.18, 3.83 - UL 2.0 on the DL both times. Latency was around the same at 43 and 40

Maybe the FCC test is bad? Can't run Speedtest.net on the FASC.

Another update:
The FCC is probably good and sorry that they put out that application.

Anyway, unlike speed test that always seems to connect to a local server, FCC Test connects with different ones. That is why my speeds were so erradic. Especially the latency test. The first tests were connected in across the country and the later ones much closer in NY.
