Default Question about where apps are stored

    HI,

When viewing the summary within Task Manager I notice the following:
    RAM: 237Mb/325MB
    Program 694MB/1.55GB
    External SD Card: 18.44MB/14.73GB

    Here is my questions:
    1. are all my apps being stored within my 2gbs of internal memory?
    2. is there any way to make them store within my 16gbs of external memory (some sort of setting I am overlooking?)
    3. if i run out of the 2gbs of internal memory will i no longer be able to store any more apps?

    thanks
    Jae

    1) Yep, they sure are.

    2) Not yet. When the Fascinate gets the Froyo 2.2 update, you'll be able to move applications to the SD card. The update is slated for sometime between now and the end of the year.

    3) You'd have to install a LOT of apps to hit that 2GB mark, but yes, I imagine you wouldn't be able to download any new ones if you do.

    4) Your RAM levels look pretty normal to me. The Fascinate has a built in task killer if you'd like to use one, but I recommend reading the sticky on Task Killers before doing anything too drastic.
