Available Memory decreases over time

When i use Advanced Task Killer to kill unwanted apps in the background, available memory keeps decrease. when i started my phone yesterday i had about 150m, today i have 50m. is there an app that tells me which app is eating up all the memories? i even use cache cleaners...

please help!

Thanks much!

Soft reboot is holding down the side button and selecting 'Power Off'. A hard reboot is done by pulling the battery and letting it sit out of the phone for ~1 minute.
