Settings to Access SD Card

When I got my phone a few weeks ago I took the SD card out and loaded it with songs/videos/ ... directly from my computer. Now I want to add to it (with it in the phone), but my computer only recognizes the phone, not the SD card in the phone.

What setting on the phone do I need to set to access what is on the SD card?

when the usb connected shows on top, click on that, then choose "mount"

My phone was in Media Sync in the USB settings too, just kept churning. Switch it to Mass Storage and it worked, thanks.
