Build Numbers and Rooting methods

I'm trying to find a list of the various build numbers and their associated android versions, as some threads will refer to one or the other. It would also be helpful to know which root exploits work on each revision. This is what I know so far in build number order. Asterisks denote builds released by Verizon.

A post (somewhere) mentioned that Rage works up to version 2.2, so that's why I'm interested in the kernel revision as well.

Since we are talking about build numbers already, here are the two revisions of the USB drivers for Windows that I am aware of:
1.3.550.0
1.5.27.0

Both appear to work for the Fascinate (or at least all the builds I've tried. If this is untrue I'll make another table)
