Is the Fascinate and other Galaxy S's gonna be 4G capable?

I believe the vibrant has HSPA+, so if you believe Tmo's gimmick of HSPA+ being 4G, then yes...

but no LTE radio in our fascinates unfortunately

The simple answer? No. The Fascinate does not have the proper radios on board to be compatible with Verizon 4G LTE once it is launched.

Epic is 4g, vibrant benefits from the hspa+ but isn't 4g. The captivate may benefit from ATT hspa+ but I don't know. The fascinate doesn't but who knows if there will be a boost. Probably not. Verizon is the slowest 3G network.

What I was told by my VZW rep is that the Fascinate is capable of accomplishing the task. There is one little chip, which he indicated can be seen when you pull the battery cover off, that needs to be replaced for it to function on LTE. I know they don't know everything but it was a good indicator to me.

Seriously? Did you even read the first post in this thread? It says "looking at this it makes me wonder" and then he gives a link. That's pretty much it.
