Hey guys. I am having trouble accessing Blackboard for my college. Interestingly enough, I have accessed it before, but now it says 403 Forbidden. I tried both stock and dolphin browsers for a gas and they both came up with the same thing.

I am on 3G when I try, but it worked on 3G before.

Anyone have any ideas on what is going on?

try skyfire , try both mobile and desktop views

A 403 means you don't have access to a resource. Like if you are not specifying an actual page to navigate to. Check the URL. Ask others if they can access it. Try it on your PC/Mac. If you do try another browser, change the User Agent.
