Finding "bad" apps?

I'm running EB01 deox/debloat, voodoo'd. When I first loaded it up, the phone was really quick and the GUI was smooth.

Now, probably 20 or 30 apps later, something is bringing it down. I'm getting constant "hiccups" where the GUI pauses for a couple seconds. Where Launcher Pro was usually very fluid, its stuttering now. I'm thinking that one or more of the apps I loaded are hammering the cpu or something. Is there a tool that can help troubleshoot this? Is it as simple as loading up a process monitor and seeing what's redlining? I know a factory reset would fix this, but I'd rather not go there if I don't have to.

Its probably just the cache/permissions getting bogged down from all the installs. Boot into CWM Recovery, and clear the cache partition, dalvik cache (in the advanced menu) and then follow DroidXcon's how to for fixing permissions in ADB HERE
