Exchange Calendar only syncs one-way

So recently noticed that if I add a calendar item in outlook, it shows up on my phone right away. But when I add a calendar item on my phone, it no longer shows up in my Outlook.

I haven't made any changes lately. Not on froyo yet. Phone is rooted.

Anyone have any ideas? Been searching for a while now. I removed the account on my phone and re-added it. Rebooted the phone. Checked my OST file for errors. Turned sync on and off. I don't sync my calendar with GMAIL. Only email. Contacts and email sync both ways OK.

OK, I found out what is happening. It is defaulting to "My Calendar" instead of my 'Exchange' Calendar. Even though my exchange calendar says default.

So my new issue is how to make it really default to the exchange calendar.

Also one other annoyance, is that once an item is entered under "My Calendar", you can not change it to the exchange calendar.
