Latest version of Google Voice will not install - ROM the cause?

When I try to update Google Voice from the Market, I get the following message: Package file was not signed correctly. Uninstall the previous copy of the app and try again.

Unless I am missing something, I cant uninstall GV.

Anybody? Bueller? Whats going on?

Using AOKP... I renamed the googlevoice apk to .bak and downloaded the new version from the market without a hitch.

i think GV update was just a little wonky, i had this happen for about 2-3 hours after i could see the update on the stock 4.0.4 rom (just unlocked and rooted). The issue eventually fixed itself.
