I think dual boot phones would be cool. I'm currently dual booting desktop Windows and Linux. At one time I triple booted (Windows + 2 different Linux distros). Now just Windows 8.1 and Linux Mint 17.

Yeah, dual booting iOS and Android would be very interesting too
I originally planned on dual-booting Windows and Linux on my Windows laptop, but since I returned that and got a Macbook I've just been using OS X. It's close enough to Linux for my CS needs.

I haven't tried FreeBSD yet, but I might, since it's the closest thing to Unix.

I think I tried that very briefly. Or maybe it was OpenBSD. But it was an option to boot into when I installed Virtual Box
I'd rather have something with a good GUI though. And I need a lot of apps that you probably can't install from Terminal
