Error -101 Google Play

Just installed V6 Axiom crossbred Rom w/ New 4.04 bootloader and radios.
Followed directions to the letter, took no shortcuts.
Trying to download Titanium Backup Free Edition from Google Play and get error -101 "Titanium Backup could not be downloaded due to an error".
What happened and how do i fix it?

Weird. Took 5 minutes and then just worked on it's own.

Had the same issue with V5. The market simply did not recognize you. I did another wipe/install and it cleared it up, but I presumed if I had waited the same thing would occur.

I think its a temporary issue, When i try to download paid app i also receive error 403, but now everything ok. I think this is a result of Google move Android market in to Play store.

Google puts a cap on you downloads to avoid bandwidth traffic. I had this issue a couple times after wiping and flashing repeatedly and having market/Google play auto restore. Its essentially a 24 hr suspension.

I'm sure you're good now... just for future reference.
