GN won't be recognized when plugged in or charge

So i tried out the Jelly Belly JB ROM thats linked to here and I followed the instructions to the T. Once I got it up and running I found that my phone wouldn't charge in any charger and when I plugged it in to my computer it wouldn't recognize it. So I restored my old JB port which worked fine and now that one won't work either. I'm gonna try and go back to stock/reformat the whole thing again, but does anyone know whats wrong or what caused this?

Ok now this is really weird, now that my phone is unplugged from any source of power it says its charging....

Nevermind wiped it all and it seems to work again
