I use my phone to tether my windows xp
Computer and I made an NFC tag to open settings and start the activity USB tethering. I decided to put the NFC tag sticker on the inside of the laptop where the keyboard is. Will NFC affect the internal components of the computer?

The tag itself will have no impact on the computer, as long as the computer does not have NFC hardware as well.

Ya it doesn't have NFC . but as far as when I use the NFC on my phone and touch the tag, I was concerned if the frequency would disrupt the computer

You should be just fine. Enjoy the tapping.
