I was reading the xda post for installing wallet. Man that thread looked really involved, with using adb and cryptic commands.The op is in GB and I figured that was for gsm.

I opened barcode scanner and scanned your qr code and this installed flawlessly. Got the free $10 credit. Not sure where there is any nfc pay vendors in my small town.

Just got the Paypass Locator....tells you where they have wallet vendor locations in your area.

I was looking at the XDA instructions, so glad I saw this. How much easier can it get than scanning a QR code?! SWEET.

Works like a charm. Got my $10.00.

Just installed this. Worked like a charm. So I dont (like most of you i assume) don't have the Mastcard thats supported, but I do that have Google Prepaid card. Few questions for those that have used it.

Does that prepaid card work with the Paypass?
If so, do you need to open Google Wallet first?
Will I need to use the PIN with the prepaid card?

Thanks for the info and test. My phone is unlocked and rooted so I wanted to make sure it would work with the QR code. I will edit OP.
