This new nightly seems like it's killing the bat. The Jan 5 version was much better

Edit: This is the extended battery

I always notice crappier battery life for the first 3 days after flashing a new update. It seems to level out after that.

It's still a battery killer. I need to switch until the issue is fixed.

Mines been ok for a first install, 70% after 4.5 hrs...usually it takes a day or two to settle.

I didn't see any issues with the last one either though.

Make sure you fully change the battery then boot recovery and wipe battery stats. Should be more accurate. I made a quick backup of the new bugless and jumped on the codename rom. So far its nice.

I'm with you on this..

both 1/08 and 1/10 drained about 15% IDLING per hour after boot/full batt, no fbook, WWF, plume, syncing.. nothing

CPU hasn't been in deep sleep for a second, on either 1/08 and 1/10 for the last 24 hrs :(

Re: [ROM] Bugless Beast for Verizon Galaxy Nexus Updated - 1/10/2

Reading through the official BB thread over at RootzWiki it does look like there's an issue with deep sleep in 1/8 and 1/10 causing some battery drain.

Going back to 1/5 seems to correct it.

I'm sure it'll be fixed soon. Keep in mind, these are nightlies but Pete does release stable versions of the ROM for folks that need/want something more reliable.

Just a reminder, this isn't a support thread so if you do have problems, the best place to go is the official thread linked below. Pete is good about addressing issues so I trust he'll correct this one if it proves to be a problem but he's stated that the only place he's monitoring for is the official thread.

I only posted and maintain this one to give people a place to discuss the ROM and stay up to speed on updates.
