Default Transfer from old Droid X to GN ROM Question

I finally got all of my photos/music transfered to my new gnex. I am running Codename 1.1.4 and was wondering, if I back it up after the transfers are complete with CWM...will that data also be saved? Sorry if this is a previously mentioned question but I just want to be sure.

as long as you wipe inside clockwork , your files will be safe . as long as they are on the SD card. Never wipe in the stock recovery , it will wipe all the phone .

No... CWM Recovery (Nandroid Backups) do not back up the SD Card... whether its internal or external. Plug your phone into your computer and back up the internal storage (sd card) if you need that stuff backed up.
