Re: [ROM][6/8/12] CyanogenMod Nightly Builds - OFFICIAL!
Changelog:
6/8/12
Updated boot animation featuring Cid! (Still in review)
Update Google sources to 4.0.4_r2.1 (IMM76L)
Lock screen weather: Simplified 'no-data' layout & refresh indicator
Add option to enable notification counts
Founded Team Keyblade with housry23
Looks like the source got merged to the latest. Not sure if that will mean anything since the only issue I have was no fixed in IMM76L, but for those that had other issues that were rectified, there you go!
Most of the recent change logs show some linaro stuff getting merged. Interesting. - 06-13-2012, 02:32 PM #231
Re: [ROM][6/8/12] CyanogenMod Nightly Builds - OFFICIAL!
Is there an official thread to follow the CM9 Linaro progress/builds? I ask because if I give it try I'd like to have the lastest integration. I see AOKP already had multiple Linaro builds but I can only find one for CM9

So far, I have not seen the Linaro stuff merged. I don't think it'll be coming with RC1 (which, reportedly, is soon; they stopped merges either today or yesterday), but it may crop up in the subsequent nightlies.

Re: [ROM][6/8/12] CyanogenMod Nightly Builds - OFFICIAL!
Loaded the 6/14 nightly, over the 6/12 (wiped Cache/Dalvik). It seems GPS is working better, system a bit more responsive and battery seems better...even though I have only been running for about 10 hours so far! Just an FYI.
There is no place like 127.0.0.1

Merge freeze has commenced, and apparently we'll be getting several release candidates over the next few weeks.

Excellent news. Looking forward to the CM9 release candidate. Hope it's available before my SGSIII arrives.

I'm kinda disappointed they're mostly done adding features then.. AOKP has more, and more useful features imo. Don't get me wrong I'll still flash it for fun and something different and all but aokp will easily remain my daily driver.
Eh just my $.02

Updated with today's builds; still no stable, was sort of hoping they'd be out by now.

Re: [ROM][6/19/12] CyanogenMod Nightly Builds - OFFICIAL!
Hows it going guys, Im running the Gnex with Euroskank CM9 (9-2012617-*****-toroplus) with franco kernel(3.0.8), using Apex launcher(v1.2.2) and I cannot get the camera to work since I flashed the CM9 mod. I have since flashed aokp build 39, and Miui 2.6.15 V4 and still cant get it to work. (I honestly did not try with Miui
Am I missing something? Has anyone else had this issue? I went back to the first setup above. - 06-20-2012, 06:46 AM #242
Re: [ROM][6/19/12] CyanogenMod Nightly Builds - OFFICIAL!
First off... are you doing a FULL wipe when flashing different ROMs? If not, make sure you do so.
Second, are you flashing the correct ROMs for your nexus? Verizon Nexus is Toro, Sprint Nexus is Toroplus... I see the CM9 build you said you were running is Toroplus.. if its not the correct ROM for your device then, well, that will be the problem, lol. - 06-20-2012, 07:58 AM #243

Re: [ROM][6/19/12] CyanogenMod Nightly Builds - OFFICIAL!
Ive never really used instagram but I downloaded to see if it would work and it doesnt seem to save. the camera does the whole auto focus and everything and in instagram it will "hold" the picture after I click the button but nothing will save.
update - I wiped and flashed back to the baseline I had saved from right after installing cwm and even on the stock img the camera had stopped working. On the stock flash the little gallery preview on the right side of the camera does not show up, and in the gallery it doesnt access the pictures I have taken at all.
I think it has to do with the steps in the root toolkit. I believe I may have rooted and then done another step instead of reloading my data. I might just start from scratch again.Last edited by wunderman4; 06-20-2012 at 09:32 AM.

Read this thread: Camera not working
I think the basic problem was restoring old data after rooting and or flashing screwed the camera up.Semper Fi

Re: [ROM][6/19/12] CyanogenMod Nightly Builds - OFFICIAL!
So I went and got the camera working by going back and unrooting/flashing stock img back to the phone... except... When I did that cm9 still booted to the phone! I even relocked it and unlocked it again.
The good news though is that I as able to keep my data, and everything seems to be working now. except when I go to storage in the settings menu "setting" force closes.
oh well works for me - 06-22-2012, 11:05 AM #248
