I'm not happy about the fact that the camera uses an artificial camera shutter noise instead of the ics camera noise. Hopefully that will change later.

It's the same noise from CM7; same alarms (in addition to our regular sounds as well).

I don't like the noise at ALL FWIW. Have you found a way to disable it?

Pretty big update:

First, there's a new maguro build.
Second, and probably before #1, I've added links for CDMA (toro) and everyone else (GSM).
Third, I added my own guide/practices for flashing nightlies. Read the disclaimer

Fourth, I've added where you can find a fairly confusing changelog.

Would you guys be interested in a "known bugs" section? My only fear would be that when bugs change over builds (or disappear/appear), it would become bogged down.

Thought i read somewhere they were ditching the theme engine - not sure if that's accurate. Just thought this was the place for that kinda talk. Dont really read the cm thread at rootz so im not in the loop for cm9.

Unsure. They used Theme Chooser (which, IIRC was a T-Mobile thing) but right now they simply have a place holder for themes in settings. It appears that they'll just bake everything in.

lol me neither, better than nothing!

Also, 2 Galleries may show up if you don't reflash GAPPs or do a full wipe and flash both. Just a head's up. You can also disable the smaller one (like I did).

Enable reporting and go through there. Also, you can try the official CM site.

New GSM/Maguro nightly; I can only presume toro is on its way.

Also, Rom Manager now has the nightlies!

Mornin' folks! A fresh Toro release is out - 2/29. It's a meg bigger than the last one, but so far I haven't seen a difference.

Looks to be super minor, just a couple bug fixes and a button dimmer which I don't think has anything to do with the GNex. Downloaded it anyway, good to have the latest.

Yeah. I stopped wiping anything other than cache dalvik too, until I see a bigger/different file lol.

Anyone else getting grey bars with 4G? Since I flashed the nightly for the first time I have 4G service but all grey bars. Rebooted a few times. Anyone?;

EDIT: Got it working. Cleared the data in the Google Services Framework rebooted and that took care of it. Not sure if it was the data clearance or the reboot but something worked.

Haven't had any of those issues, but I'm in a very 4G heavy area (aside from my apartment).

I would advise that people make sure to do a backup before this one. There seems to be issues with this one for some people. I'm installing it now as we speak.

Hmm. Not only that, but a full wipe is probably advised as well. Also, use the latest GAPPS (see "latest" link in the first thread). A lot of folks in that thread just ignored that bit of info...

That's a good sign though, that means stuff has changed. Please report back!

Something is wrong. On the very first screen (when you sign in) I get a pop-up saying:

"Unfortunately, the process android.process.acore has stopped."

I wiped date/cache 3 times. Wiped Dalvik cache 3 times. And installed the 3/5 toro and 3/4 gapps. Going back to a backup until they figure it out.
