I don't think we've rented it out yet; it's only 3-4 years old, has gone through trials and tribulations because the original contractor effed up the retaining wall really badly, so the house was splitting. Thousands of dollars and threats of litigation later, it should be pretty solid...except for the fact it's like 40-50 yards from the sound and like 50 feet from a bay LOL.

If you're serious I can certainly inquire!
