Default Must have apps for root users

What are some of the must have apps for rooted phones. Other than the obvious super user and cwm?

One of my favorites apps is root explorer. There are other file manager apps now in the market that do the same thing and are free but root explorer is the one I use.

Edit: I used to use Titanium Backup Pro, but lately have switched to using My Backup Pro to restore my apps.
Also, when I do restore my apps I just restore the apk's with no data.I just use My Back Up Pro to restore the apk's so I dont have to manually look them up .I dont like using the auto restore feature of playstore ,its just my preference tho .

    Busybox.
A terminal emulator (I like better terminal emulator pro).
Titanium backup (I do restore my app data).
Tasker (Only needs root to run scripts, change cpu, etc).
