Found this on xda. Works awesome. I noticed a HUGE difference.

Will try it out. I resigned myself to probably having to pay for Poweramp, so this will be a nice addition.

The audio Is amazing. I have beats head phones and thought that music fx sweet but wow. What a difference.

Beats by Dre are decent headphones, very good low end, but overpriced.. You can get something similar priced with better sound.

Sorry for getting off topic.. Thanks for the .zip.. I flashed it with no problem.. I guess it doesn't really work with third party apps though

Which is a bummer, because that's usually how I listen to music through my phone.

Can anyone confirm that this is working with Pandora? I've seen ppl over at XDA talking about it. I almost always use Pandora. If it's not working with it, I'll wait on it.

I know this is completely off topic, but where'd you get that modified ICS app drawer icon? That looks neat, I'd like to use that.

Looks like the cobalt theme to me

Its available in the playstore for certain roms that have the theme changer option built into the rom ,as far as I know.

Came with the cobalt theme. I like it too. I need to find the lock screen icon that looks like that. I have the nuclear logo but I want the Nexus one. Can't remember where I found it

I've said it before. But thank goodness for nandroids, I couldn't get the warnings to stop so I just flashed back to the previous nandroid I made before I flashed beats.

Audio Technica ATH-M50s here, they sound great, never tried Beats by Dre Studios.

Equalizer (in the MArket-Google Play) works with Spotify and PAndora, but will not work with some stock players in custom roms, your mileage may vary

Beats sounded really good on my Droid X, might try this out when I get a chance, Thanks!

Is this primarily for rooted devices or will this mod function for stock devices also? I own a pair of beats and Ive been searching for something like this.....

It's AOKP and CM9 only, so yes, you will need to be rooted. So root your phone....now.

I'm completely unfamiliar with this "Beats" stuff. What, exactly, is this app (er, modification?) supposed to do? Will it make a difference, considering I'm not using "Beats" headphones?

Also, if I were to flash this, how would I enable it in the settings? I'm running AOKP B38, and I don't have "Music Effects" in my sounds settings. Or does that show up after you flash this? I'm confused.
