Lost Root going from Jelly Belly 1.9 to 2.0

I lost root flashing from Jelly Belly 1.9 to 2.0. What is the simplest way to get it back? I ran it though Wug's, but no luck. Do I have to unroot in order to reroot or is there a simpler way?

Same happened here,

Go into recovery (press volume up/down while pressing power)

Just dirty flash 2.1 and the new Gapps and all will be well again.

It was a bug in 2.0.

I tried that, but didn't get root back. I wonder what I did differently?

Make sure you're looking for the SuperSU app and not Superuser.

If no luck, flash the supersu package. It's in the rootz thread.

That being said, I can confirm 2.1 is rooted.

I have the SuperSU app, but root requiring apps still cannot get permissions. I will give this a go. Thanks!
