Default Best Jelly Bean Rom after AOSP

Ok, so i know there are other links to many different ports for jelly bean, but i am curious which is the best and most stable and the closest resembling jelly bean at this point in time? My nexus just came in the mail today and its awesome, but from what i am understanding, nobody is too optomistic about the jb ota for verizon coming any time soon. I would like to wait and get the official jb from google, but i dont think i can wait a couple months. If you seriously think that jb will be released before mid august, i wont root. I just came from a rooted htc thunderbolt, so rooting gnex doesnt seem hard at all. Also, i hear about a jelly bean rom that is from google i/o? that seems awesome. And do the roms have project butter? (may be a dumb question but thats why im here haha). Ok, last question: Once i am on a jelly bean rom, will i need to return to stock to download the ota update when it comes? Thanks and sorry for so many questions, i have been doing research and these are all the questions i have.

    Which is the best rom?

Not sure.. But I really want to try the new Bugless Beast that came out.

Do I think it will come out before mid-august?

HIGHLY doubt it.. Took them forever to update to 4.04

    JellyBean rom from IO

I think what you are hearing about is that when people got their G.Nex's at Google IO, someone did a Nandroid back-up and they modified that into many different roms.

Do the roms have project butter?

Yes, Jellybean has all the butter inside already (sounds dirty).. It helps to make android seem more fluid and smooth.

will i need to return to stock to download the ota update when it comes?

Nope, in fact, doing so may cause harm to your phone. I would advise against it. I believe you may also lose root by doing it.
    Thanked by 2:

The present jelly rom scene is very much in its infancy and thus they are very similar to each other. I have tried jelly belly, vanir, rootzboat and have now settled on bugless. It is mighty fine.

I'm on Bugless Beast and definitely enjoying it. Looking forward to a Rascream Jelly Bean rom as well.
