For a good minute? Sometimes it takes several minutes. That isn't necessarily a boot issue. Patience.

THAT? for me would not boot up at all, and would drain my phones battery while OFF! (it's obvious my phone is whacked out) but the kernel change seems to have helped. ho hum

I wasn't referring to the boot animation, I am used to that taking awhile on a fresh flash. I was stuck on the splash screen itself.

All seems well with the 803 build other than duplicate camera, gallery, and calendar apps.

I have spent the last 10-mins trying to find the link to the latest Rom, please poynt me in the right direction?

I guess, that is the basic prereq barrier to being a crack-flasher... huh?

Just got a soft reboot while downloading the 8/3 build. Maybe I'll switch back to Trinity sooner than later. When the phone finished rebooting, the download continued on its own.

Just DL the Trinity app from the play store (just search Trinity). From there you can DL the latest and greatest builds (experimental and stable) and also control the over/under clocking, over/under volting, and gamma/colors. FTW

Today's build 803 has given me the best battery life since I have owned the Nexus. had 20 min phone call, did some software install, social media and had it off the charger now for 2 1/2 hours. I have only lost 4% battery. Friggen amazing. On any other ROM or Stock, i would be at around 87%. Euroskank has done an amazing job thus far! Very impressed!!!!

I should also note, I'm on the CM stock kernel
