I have been dirty flashing daily files for months now without issue. Ever since the update to 4.2.1, my GAPPS have to be reinstalled after each update. Am I doing something wrong?

Download the new official gapps from goo.im and you should be good to go.

Brought to you by the Google Galaxy Nexus. It IS better than the iPhone 5.

I loaded 12/3 late last night with the 11/30 GAPPS. I did a factory wipe via Clockwork Recovery and wiped data, cache and the other main partition that I forget the name of right now. So it was a clean install. Used the phone this morning and I noticed the phone tanked in the battery department, I was shocked. I checked the battery use and it said 2 hours+ for phone calls! I haven't made ANY phone calls since I loaded 12/3. It's weird, I shut it down before I could check the call log.

Over in the SuperSU/superuser thread Froojr mentions that the 1120 nightly is the last 4.1.2 skank jellybro toro rom. I am still running the 1019 rom with xoomdev 723 gapps, but I want to update to the lastest 4.1.2 and stop there. No need for 4.2.x. for the remaining months that I will use this phone.

I can't find a fitsnugly archive. Where can I download the 1120 nightly?

To each their own, of course, but why wouldn't you want to see what 4.2.1 is all about? There's been a lot of cool changes and you're obviously clean flashing anyway. You could always restore your 1019 rom nandroid if you really don't like it. Either stay there or dig for that 1120 rom. I had no cell data on skanks 1130 cm10.1 build last week, put a bad taste in my mouth so I haven't tried his 1202 or 1203 cm10.1 flavors. I have been running skanks aokp builds (current 1202) and they've been flawless. I actually spent some time doing "odd" things trying to cause FC's too and haven't found any. Butttery, stable, and most of the goodlies I've come to expect from cm/aokp **already**. If you do flash a 4.2.x rom make sure you're on the latest CWM or TWRP before making a "old" nandroid and flashing 4.2 roms.

Damn! I just erased a bunch of Euroskanks yesterday including 4.1.2. If there is a way to recover deleted stuff from Astro, let me know! Lol. I just stumbled upon the updater in the settings>CyanogenMod updates. If you select All versions (incl. Nightlies) it'll pull up 11/24, 12/1, 12/2, 9/11 M1 and 10/11 M2. I believe 11/24 should be CM10 4.1.2. I'm downloading 11/24 right now. If it is and you can't get it, me know. I'll try to help as much as I can.

I updated to the 12/03 Euroskank yesterday and I had a problem with data. Wifi came in just fine, but if I tried getting 4g data it wouldn work. I went into my phone settings and saw that the data provided was WCDMA. I switched this to LTE/CDMA and everything started working just fine.

Thanks, David Horgan. When I pull up Cyanogenmods updates, all versions (including nightlies), I get 1201, 1202, and 1204, no 1124 or earlier. If you have a way to post the 1124, I would appreciate it.

You can go to their website and download the CM10 rom, they haven't started 10.1 yet. I had to download them since I was having issues with /0 folders.

I got my USB host cable so forgive me it i ask a stupid question. Has USB hosting always been enabled on cm10 ROMs or is this something new in 4.2?

OTG cable? I think its new, I connected my USB back up drive (from the PC) and was only able to read from it, not write. Could be that I need to format the drive to FAT? Not all the way clear on this.

I flashed 1204 and selected LTE/CDMA, and my data has been horrible all day. Probably going back to the unicorn...
