Both great kernels, noobie or otherwise, lol. Flip a coin and pick one

EDIT: And let me throw in.. try them both really. One might do better on your phone than the other. Only takes a second to flash a different one and you don't need to wipe anything so by all means you should try everything out there

I was a huge Franco fan...but since JB, I've been rockin' Trinity 99% of the time.
I wipe Dalvik in my sleep.

Which stable trinity do you all recommend? It looks like there's a bunch to choose from.

Ummm the one I'm currently on is a bit frisky; I generally don't go below (or higher) than 384 for that second number (the GPU), but I've been toying with overclocking and am at 1536.

I am thinking of trying the 1344-384. That's close to my typical Franco settings.

I'm a noob all over again (okay, I never really left that status). Is the CPU set on the Trinity kernels, or are they adjustable up to the number in the name?

You must adjust it from 11XX (which is the standard setting, forget the last two numbers lol) to the max setting, which is listed in the "title" or "name" of the kernel.

There are no in between settings, AFAIK. It goes from 11XX ==> max setting.

And for that, good things. Good things.

I feel like such a traitor leaving Franco Kernel. Apparently being a crackflasher is just one of my issues. I need professional help.

So at least for the GPU, 384 seems like the sweet spot (most stable)?

    Yes, I'd agree with that.

I tried the 1536 kernel yesterday and had freezes and reboots whenever I tried changing the speed to 1536. Never happened on the other kernels in the past. I went back to the 1344 stable35.
