Default Nexus noob here, so Vets please help!!

Ok I have just got my hands on a Vzw Nexus last night.. I want root and flash JB... But this will be used as a personal business line so I need it stable.. My Nexus is stock... I've owned plenty of phones and usually just follow directions on rooting from forms or YouTube... I've read that bugless beast is a clean rom and CM10 is there but not 100% functional.... But offers more... For now I just want a clean JB rom with everything working... So what do I need to do? Please let me know.. Copy and paste here please..
from how to unlock the bootloader (if u can and need to? ) ... Rooting... And flashing bugless beast...

    Thanks in advance!!!

Everything you need is above in the sticky section. I suggest using Wug's toolkit to unlock/root. Extremely simple and still explains the process so you'll have *some* understanding of what it's doing behind the scenes. Cyber's guide, amoungst others, is thorough and walks through flashing etc. in CWM step by step with screenshots. I'm on the latest CM10 Jelly Bro and it's been extremely stable (as have been all the nightlies before this). That said, I suggest using your GS3 as the business line. The dev community for the nexus is unbeatable. It's like getting a new phone/toy as often as you'd like. As long as it's a proper unit it'll be just a stable or more stable on quality custom roms than stock. Enjoy.

I am also suggesting wug's kit, just follow each step exactly and you will be fine. I am on euroskank Cm10 rom and it's buttery smooth and stable.

Ok one question.... My Nexus is unlocked and rooted... I had to go a different route than wugs because the newest build wasn't listed..... But I'm a lil confused... I need the euroskank zip file... And also I seen links from like July but if there are nightlies wouldn't I need the most recent zip or do I have to do many updates... I'm just trying to find the right and most upto date euroskank zip....
    Thanks guys

I don't use ROM manager so I wouldn't know but it is super easy to flash ROMs without it. The guides will walk you through it.
    Basically:
-download to computer and transfer to phone
    -reboot phone to recovery
    -wipe cache, dalvik
    -make backup
    -wipe data
    -format system
-install zip from SD card (ROM then gapps)
    -reboot phone
