These drivers are driving me insane!!

I had some charging issues a couple months ago and I decided to unroot and relock my device. Everything was great and working perfectly for those couple months. Then, last week I had the Root bug hit me again and decided I just had to have the PA's Halo and decided to reroot. I have since had charging issues again and tried 4 or 5 new ROMs to try and allieviate them. I settled on the latest JB Sourcery which seems to have corrected my issues, all of these reroots have been done through TWRP because I can't get any of my computers to recognize my device. I have followed the manual install instructions in both Wugs and the Toolkit to no avail. It is not installing as Android 1.0 at all. It is coming up as an unknown device, then when I unistall and plug it in again, the message comes up that an Unknown USB device has malfunctioned, and the whole process starts all over with the unknown device driver showing installed in Device Manager. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
