Default CM7 on the GS2. Wow!

Just when you thought the GS2 couldn't get any better you must check out this video. CM7 running on this handset is nothing short of pure awesomeness.

Check out how fast this handset is with CM7 on it. Apps open "instantly" as the user flys through the menu's. Even the process of opening, taking and viewing a pic is with VERY little delay.

Doesn't get any better than this. Ohhhh the prowess

    Thoughts? Opinions?

Let us be reminded that on July 4th, Samsung announced that it had sold 3 million units in 55 days and said the Galaxy S II was its fastest selling smartphone ever.

They gave one to the CM team so this isn't surprising, but very interesting nonetheless.

Honestly man, my Incredible runs like this on first boot after a fresh wipe/install. Color me unimpressed.

HOWEVER, if it still runs like this 2 months later without cache clearing and other maintenance BS, then I'll be impressed.

The sad thing is that if the U.S. carriers change the phone the devs will have to develop for each individual phone like they did with the gs1. Maybe they will all keep the design but then again it is the US and they all want to be different.
