Like the title says, does anyone have any clue as to what the off-contract pricing might be?

I know it's $299 on-contract, but I'm fully locked up for over a year, so if I'm buying I'm paying full price. I'm thinking maybe an early Christmas present for myself! :D

I'm going with this or possibly $649.99 for the 16GB model.

The Droid Bionic is $589 through verizon right now, so a small price bump because of the better screen might happen, but I don't think Verizon will pull a ATT Jetstream here and price the thing out of the market.

For the 32GB model, expect a price bump of $100-$150 over whatever the 16 GB is.

$589.99 or $629.99

Doubt VZW will place it for more than that, if they do I will wait till some hit ebay a week later for $100 under retail.

Gosh i'm hoping around that 6 bill figure. Wasn't there a "rumor" saying it could go for as much as $800?

I'm hoping for $500 16gb and $600 32gb. Keep in mind there will be no sd card to throw in and add to the price like previous phones. Somehow I still feel Verizon is going to screw us on pricing.

I'm prepared to go up to 700 on full pricing so hopefully no more than that. I'm guessing 599 if 16GB and 699 for 32GB.

The 800 thing is based off euro pricing and converting the amount which is a bad way to do it, IMO.

It never translates that way.

The 16GB model is being sold at Handtec (UK) for ?500 (incl 20% VAT)

In Australia, Kogan is selling the 16GB at $799. Note that the Aussie dollar is stronger than US.

Now that the RAZR is known to be $649.99 off-contract, what do you guys think for the Nexus 16GB off-contract? I'm leaning towards the $649.99 price point.

I'm guessing that there wont even be a 16 gig model for Verizon. I think it will only come in 32 gig. I doubt that Verizon is going to want to keep up with 2 different models...but I could be wrong. Price guess is $600.

If you pay full price (off contract), doesn't that mean that it wont effect your current upgrade date, or do they still make you sign a new 2 year contract and reset your date?

It doesn't affect your upgrade date at all. You don't sign anything regarding your contract. It's as if you bought a used one from eBay and wanted to swap it in. Doesn't affect it at all. I'm on my 4th different phone since July when I blew my contract on a Droid 3 and I still have the same upgrade date of March *COUGH* 2013 *COUGH*.
