Ok, as of now, according to SystemPanel Lite, it is at 46.10MB Resident, 34MB effective.
Thanks for your suggestion, but it has only been running for 1 hour or so..
Do you have any suggestion for light notification app? I just want a red blinking light for my e-mail notification and Low-batt notification. That's all.
Got some awesome app ideas from this thread thanks guys. Also here is my must have app list.
Chomp SMS for messaging
Pandora, Tune-In Pro and Music Download Pro for music apps
Docs to go for my word and excel docs
Andy-83 for my calculator
Amazon app store for the daily free paid apps
Jetflicks and MX Video Player(since ICS doesn't seem to play avi files) for my movies and tv shows
Wireless Tether, Titanium Backp and Superuser for rooted purposes
Sportacular for sport scores.
Memo Pad for quick notes
Angry Birds (all three), Cut the Rope, Peggle, WordFued, Homerun Battle 3D and Where's my water at for games.
Calculations - The calculator that should be the standard for ICS devices. Comes with a full-featured calculator, measurement and currency converter, mortgage calculator, and even a tipping calculator. Worth every cent!
Vlingo - Think Siri except without all the little quirks. Comes with a nice car mode too.
Flixter - Great for getting movie showtimes and tickets.
MoreQuicklyPanel - Amazing add-on to the pull-down notification panel. Activate stuff like WiFi, airplane mode, bluetooth, screen brightness, battery life, and GPS much faster than having to navigate your settings.
Mixology - For when you're looking to try some new adult beverages. Almost 8000 drink recipes, plus you can input the alcohol/juices you have on hand and shows you all the possible drinks you can make with what you have available. Desperately needs an ICS update though.
Pulse - My go-to news app. Shows multiple news outlets at once in a clean, swipe-centric interface.
Wolfram Alpha - Think an encyclopedia on steroids. Does word definitions, advanced mah calculations (like integrated calculus), and can dig up information on almost anything you tell it to look for.
Stumble Upon - The best way to kill time ever. Just download it.
I would like to see an app where you could, say, upload various locations of either police speed traps or cameras in your city/area, based on the idea that you saw either the officer or camera and could upload that info. Then your phone would notify you when you are approaching a known area using your gps. Probably not legal...

Been using it for a few weeks now. I've driven over 2000 miles and in 4 states and it's worked perfectly in identifying speed traps and just areas where cops are. You'll get a verbal alert when you're approaching a cop, as well as the visual icon. You then can confirm on the app whether the cop is still at that location or not. It's basically a Nav app that allows people to report hazards, traffic, police, etc. It also works great for red light & speed cameras. I've reported a few that were new in my area to assist other commuters.
I cannot find this app on android market or appbrain, any ideas ? Calculations - The calculator that should be the standard for ICS devices. Comes with a full-featured calculator, measurement and currency converter, mortgage calculator, and even a tipping calculator. Worth every cent!
Right now i use a combination of handcent and financial calculator but im always looking for ways to consolidate!

I upgraded to Pro for $0.99 to support the developer (and get rid of ads).
Pretty cool Android browser that I came across...it allows you to open multiple windows for true multitasking ability. Check it out in the market, it is called OverSkreen. Seems to be pretty quick as well.

+ 1 for air droid. For transferring files via wifi, I swore by wifi file explorer and still do, but air droid is also excellent at doing that and so much more. The ui is very intuitive and user friendly. Must have app.

Not much different than truckers reporting sightings. Although in order to report anything with something like the Waze app, you have to break the law tweeting while you're driving. So I don't hold out much hope for something like that.
