Just bought mine! Has not been activated yet. Just unboxed it and now waiting for the Verizon store to open!!!
How did "he" get it from Verizon, unactivated? GSM phone? I would love a video of this action at the Verizon store!
Some people were able to get them. I have seen 1 on ebay and 2 on craigslist. The one on ebay is $1,200 and the 2 on craigslist are $750.

Well I went to the verizon store just now and they refused to activate it for me. So I went to best buy, and they told me the same thing. I ended up buying a microsim card from best buy and am attempting to activate it online. Verizon takes the IMEI just fine, but the sim card screen is where the issues start. It says:
"The SIM associated with the SIM ID you entered cannot be activated at this time. Please contact Customer Service at 800-922-0204 for assistance."
I will call and see what they can do. It will suck if I just bought it only to have to wait until the release date.

OK, done with this thread. I came back to post pics, screenshots, etc, and was greeted with all this. Won't with the trolling. I don't owe you people anything. Trying to do a nice thing and the assholes come out of the woodwork. Mods, close it up. Nothing to see here. Hope you all get yours soon.
There is an LTE gnex demo unit on display at my vzw store right now. I have played with it twice already. It is actually displayed right next to the rezound. The screen on the gnex is AMAZING and it makes the rezound screen look dull, end of story. Even the store associate agreed that the gnex screen was way better than the rezound screen. The colors are so vivid and I watched an HD you tube video on it. OMG, the you tube video looked unbelievable! While myself and one of the vzw associates were watching the the HD you tube clip, I called another associate over and I said "look at this." He saw it and his eyes got big and he looked at the other associate and said "man, I'm getting that phone." He knew nothing about the gnex, he has a razr. He even admitted that the gnex was way better than his razr. After playing with this phone for about about 2 hours, I can honestly say people would be stupid to get the rezound or razr. The gnex is the best android device to date, even better than my friends epic touch 4g (SGSII).

This is so obviously a troll by some kid who wants e-attention. Most of us just want the phone, but idiots like this just want someone to pay attention to them. How convenient he doesn't have the device because his wife has it. How convenient he hasn't posted any pics other than in the OP. How convenient he uses our questioning of him as his rationalization for not posting any pics. What a vicious cycle.
