Not able to bill to account?
So I went through the checkout process and was going to order (full retail $649) but it doesnt give me the option to bill to account.
I have done the bill to account at least 3 times prior with no problems.
Also my account is current.

Perhaps you are over your credit limit? I would call them asap.

I just called in and apparently the max I can charge is $400. Not sure why that changed, or if it a flat number for all customers, but in the past I have charged over $500.

I thought some people mentioned before that the limit was something like $400. Personally I think that's a little stupid since all of the phones are $300 now even with the discount.

10 year customer with a four line family account - never late on my bill and I was limited to $400.00 too...fyi.

OpusX, yeah found while back VZW did this to my account. Use to be able to bill up 2 $700 on mine. My understanding. Is that now it is up $400 per quarter they way I understood it. I considering really about getting now or wait and toy around with the demo for a while and gets a good idea if it is what I need.

So it must be a company policy after all then.......Must be a side affect of the economy..... or at least that's the excuse they will give. haha

I know the iPhone 4s can't be billed to account at all because its considered a iconic device,which is stupid is hell!

Not true. I have a $1,500 credit limit with Verizon
. My wife purchased a Rezound and I got the Nexus. Both are billed to the account.
Also not true. My brother purchased a 4S for my nephew. He was able to bill the account.

I'm not sure why this is happening, but I have the same problem. Can't bill to account. I don't think it has anything to do with a limit though, because I over paid my bill and have $175 credit and still cannot bill to account through the website.
I had to call to get it billed to account and shipped.
