I downloaded iSyncr and it says I successfully synced my music. However, Google playlists on appear to list 999 songs, so how can I tell how many songs are in my library?

The top left part of the Google Music has the total tracks in the library. Playlists seem to max out at 1000 tracks presently.

So is there anyway to check to see how many songs are in your library?

Yes. Click the "Songs" tab and it should tell you in the upper right. Mine says "3,467 SONGS, OVER 13 DAYS"

The only thing I see when I click the songs list is playlists in the upper right?

So I just got the Galaxy S4 yesterday and have added a bunch of songs since then, I dont know if it will work for you but on the Google Play Application which I use, under playlists theres one called last added, it shows that I have "237 SONGS ON DEVICE" under the title of the playlist. Hopefully this will help because other than that Im also pretty clueless.
