Can't turn on 4G after accidentally turning it off

I (stupidly) used the Thunderbolt "LTE On/Off" switch App to switch to 3G. But now on my GN there's no LTE option. It just say's "unknown".

How can I get 4G back? Is there an app to switch 3G and 4G on/off?

Have you gone to settings under wireless networks go to mobile networks then network mode hit CDMA/LTE

Unfortunately not. Hopefully someone can easily make a widget/shortcut
