In my interior office (way in the interior) in Arlington, Va., speeds with two bars of LTE:

1. 4.9Mbps up/882kbps down
2. 9.25Mbps up/985kbps down
3. 3.96Mbps/1.12Mbps

Note: I could get barely get AT&T 3G signal at all in this same office, so I'm not complaining...

mine have been mostly pathetic compared to my thunderbolt. Really am disappointed. I think it may be the network down here though. I got one really high (highest ever for me) result this morning, but the rest have been below average for what I'm used to pulling
