How to select multiple emails for deletion
How? I'm stumped or just stupid. Thanks!

Just check the little grey box to the left for each one you want to delete, then hit the trash can.

Yea one at a time is fine. I mean "select all" like I could with my droid x.

Oh, that would be very cool, I have not had that ability with any of my Android phones using the stock Gmail app.

I mean normal email not gmail. With my DX you just pressed menu > select all and it was done,

I am trying to figure out the same thing. I get alot of junk email and want to delete all of them without having to select one at a time.

Perhaps using another email client it the only way to go. K9 or others.

For SMS conversations you can long press on a message then select all the rest of the conversations you want to delete. It would be nice to see that in the email.
