I'm running Launcher Pro on my GN and a problem keeps popping up. My back ground wall paper will disappear leaving my apps on a totally black screen. If I jump over to the stock launcher the wall paper will still be visible. Live wall papers don't seem to be effected as while in Launcher Pro if I install a live wall paper while having the problem the live wall paper works with no problem. Switching back to a standard wall paper from a live wall paper will not fix the problem. The only fix I've found is to power cycle the GN. Anyone else having this problem or know what I can do to fix it??

It could be that LP needs an update for ICS. I'm surprised people are ditching the ICS launcher for LP. I know LP is very responsive, but it's so primitive (UI) by today's standards.

I was going to use the stock launcher but it just looked awful when I removed the google search bar and tried to use my Beautiful Widgets clock-weather app as you cant the app where the google search bar was. The app didn't fill the screen horizontally either as well as not showing all the BW Toggle Widgets.

You don't need to power cycle your GN to fix this problem. I have a similar one where the wallpaper "shrinks" and is no longer full size. I go to the LP settings and just restart LP. It's a quicker fix for now.

I have stayed with LP simply because I do so much in landscape and the UI homescreens and such just don't do it, or when they do, not well. I'll be waiting for a ROM that helps out with this.
