Is anyone able to run the Spotify app on the GNex? Worked fine on my DInc2 with stock GB but doesn't work on my VZ Galaxy Nexus with stock ICS.

It opens and plays but then stops playing upon phone sleep, despite my having set Wifi to never sleep. Same problem with several other apps when in sleep mode (Xiia Live Radio and Accupedo's accelerometer-driven pedometer). I'm guessing sleep mode settings are different in ICS and many streaming or accelerometer apps haven't adjusted and are thus broken.

I have the same problem when streaming, works fine with cached music, tho. I don't seem to have the issue with google music beta (now play).

It's working fine for me. I am using juice defender have it white listed. Works great.

It works most of the time. However it does lock up now and again.

It also doesn't always play nice with other audio apps. Spotify really needs to revamp the app in general.

I use the Spotify app all the time on my GNEX with no issues.

This is a known bug to Google. I have had the same problem with Slacker. Apparently the upcoming update for the GNEX addresses the issue of wifi data falling asleep when the screen turns off.
