Hey I know how this process can work (employee). He will take the upgrade, ask to get the phone, and then activate it on his line. He will then have to switch the phone back to his previous phone. If he didn't have 4G before his 4G sim(recently purchased with the phone) will go bad. He must then buy another 4G sim for you and then you can activate it on your line. You will have no warranty for the phone as a result and are not applicable for asurion insurance.
