    Drag one app icon on top of another.

    Boom goes the dynamite.

    Also when you are viewing the folder, touch on the name to edit it.

    You can also create folders in the static icons on the bottom row.

    I can create the folder by pressing an empty space on screen, but I doesn't work when I drag an app onto another...
