Default Cisco Unity Messaging / Unable to login to voicemail

We utilize Cisco IP phones at work. I attempted to log into the voicemail system this morning using my Nexus phone to change my outgoing message. I entered my ID & password, but it informed me that they were incorrect. I tried it multiple times in case I entered in error. Out of curiosity, I tried it using my son's Droid X phone and it worked fine. I then tried it again using the Nexus and it failed.

It's bizzare to think that the Nexus isn't producing the tones correctly, but it's possible. Has anyone else encountered an issue similar to this?

We have the Cisco Unity system at my job. I just tried accessing it from my GNex and everything was good. I was able to record and change greetings as well as check and delete messages.

Have you tried toggling long touch tones on or off? I don't have my Nexus (yet) so I can't provide specific steps, but it should be somewhere in the settings for the Dialer.

Try programming in the touch tones.

Make sure you're not on speaker when you're doing it manually, seems like there is feedback screwing up the tones too
