    Default charging indicator staying on

    Can't figure this out. The battery indicator stays on even after taking the phone of the charger. Installed bad *** battery app and still nothing. Need to pull battery make it go away. Killed every app ad service possible. Thesis a rooted phone. Having stay awake issue and is BugMailer an ICS app.
