    Question HELP! Faulty Recovery Mode

When I enter recovery mode, I get a message "Downloading, do not turn off!" I don't know how I got to that point or why I can't access the recovery menu options. If I hit the power button, I just go into the bootloader sequence and restart my phone.

Did you flash a custom recovery?

I get that too and as far as I know it is stock.. VZW sent mine as a CLNR.. I am guessing this screen isn't for stock recovery?

That isn't the recovery screen. You need to hold the power and volume up and down to get to recovery
